WRJB NP Family Health PLLC provides specialized wound care and primary care services directly in the patient’s home.

Many homebound patients cannot safely travel to appointments, leading to untreated wounds, preventable infections, and avoidable hospitalizations. We bring expert medical care to the patient—quickly, compassionately, and consistently.

We also work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support each patient’s full spectrum of needs. We collaborate with the patient’s primary care provider, specialists, and therapists to create a comfortable, coordinated, and trusted care environment— right in the patient’s home.
